Working Out with the Working PR MOM

Well I remained grumpy for most of the day. I'm in bed blogging now after having to leave work 30 minutes early before I popped a baby. I came home to do some amazing prenatal work out dvd's!
1) 10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates: Tonight I did 10 minutes of flexibility and 10 minutes of standing pilates.
2) Element: Prenatal Yoga

I was even more entertained during the Pilates DVD because I still haven't bought any dumbbells (note to self buy a new mat as well), so I used baby bottles!
